With the Grand Final final here the Casualty Ward is starting to wind down, but never fear, we still have all the injury news you could ever want. In this edition, we only keep the players from teams still competing in the competition. We stay on top of all the latest news, with the added insights of our team's Physiotherapist and Podiatrist.

Returned in the Semi-Finals:
Rob Valetini (Brumbies) - Made his comeback from a rd 13 hamstring tear, only played for 40 minutes.
Sam Cane (Chiefs) - Came back from a rd 14 knee injury via the bench.
Quinten Strange (Crusaders) - Returned from a rd 8 calf tear via the bench after Sam Whitelock was pulled late.
Likely back this week (Grand Final):
Bryce Heem (Blues) - Came off with a concussion in the quarter-final and didn't recover in time for the semi-final.
New Injuries (Semi-Finals):
Tom Hooper (Brumbies) - Came off with a dislocated shoulder.

NEW ZEALAND
Crusaders
Ethan Blackadder - Came off after dislocating his left shoulder in the quarter-finals. They are waiting on scans to see if he needs an operation, but won't play again this Super Rugby season either way. Source.
Blues
Caleb Clarke - Tore his hamstring against the Brumbies. Expected to miss 4 weeks which is the season. Apparently he is considered a long shot for the grand final. Source.
Marcel Renata - Came off injured in rd 15.
Dalton Papali'i - Pulled before the quarter final with appendicitis. This could keep him out for up to 6 weeks, but the coach is yet to fully rule him out for the final. Source.
Gone for the season:
Dillon Hunt (Blues) - Forced into early retirement due to Concussion. Source.
Harry Plummer (Blues) - Has already had surgery n his shoulder and will miss the rest of the year. Source.
Tanielu Tele'a (Blues) - Has apparently ruptured his ACL and will be out for the season. Source.
Anton Segner (Blues) - Came off with a suspected broken leg in rd 15 and won't play again this season
Mitch Dunshea (Crusaders) - Tore his MCL and had surgery on it on Tuesday the 29th of March. He will be gone for the season. Source.
Joe Moody (Crusaders) - Ruptured his ACL in rd 9. Will be gone for the season. Source.
